As a Medical Risk Assessor, you will be responsible for taking inbound calls from customers who are needing to declare their pre-existing medical conditions in line with the terms and conditions of their travel insurance policy.

Responsibilities of the Customer Service Advisor

  • Conducting comprehensive medical risk assessments using an automated system, to evaluate the level of medical cover we can provide
  • Maintaining accurate and detailed documentation of assessments and findings
  • Maintaining customer confidentiality
  • Ensuring that our company values are upheld

Requirements of the Customer Service Advisor

  • A high level of competency in using computers is a prerequisite
  • Customer service experience – helpful but not essential
  • Be able to work under pressure
  • Be able to record data accurately and efficiently
  • Ability to navigate bespoke computer systems
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively interact with our customers
  • Natural empathy and a flair for making a difference to our travel customers
