A healthcare trust in Redhill is seeking a Medical Resourcing Coordinator to manage recruitment for doctors and consultants. The role requires strong organisational and communication skills, with a focus on candidate experience and collaboration. Ideal for those with HR experience or recent graduates in related fields. We have an excellent opportunity for a highly organised and autonomous administrator to join our Medical Resourcing team.
The team are responsible for the recruitment of doctors and consultants and play an important role in the ongoing management and coordination of a doctor's employment once recruited.
The role could suit someone with previous recruitment/HR administration experience, looking to develop into a specialist medical staffing role or an experienced medical staffing professional. We would equally consider a graduate with an interest in Medical HR and looking for a new career.
As a Medical Resourcing Coordinator, you will require a good standard of written English and numeracy and be comfortable working with sometimes complex medical terms and conditions of service. A working knowledge of Microsoft Word and Excel is essential.
