Capita is seeking a Medical Records Assessor to conduct pre-entry medical scrutiny for Army candidates. This role, based from home with travel to assigned offices, requires a qualified healthcare professional with NMC/HCPC registration. Successful candidates will ensure compliance with medical standards, maintain documentation, and work collaboratively in a team environment, all while enjoying a competitive salary and a comprehensive benefits package.

You will provide pre-entry medical scrutiny of Candidates’ Primary Health Care Records and Recruitment Group Medical Declaration for the Army as required by contract and in compliance with the standards mandated by the military medical standards, as laid down in the Joint Service Publication (JSP 950), as well as single service variance and Capita guidelines.
You will be based from home with an assigned office of Upavon, Brighton, Coventry or Cardiff, depending on your location. You will be required to travel to your assigned office for training as and when required.
This is a secondment/fixed term contract role until May 2026.
