Job Title: Medical Receptionist / Personal Assistant


Salary: Up to £28,000


Location: West end


What You'll Do:
As a Medical Receptionist / Personal Assistant, you will be the first point of contact for their patients, providing them with a warm welcome and exceptional service. Your role will include:



  • Greeting patients with a smile and guiding them through the check-in process

  • Managing appointment scheduling and coordinating patient follow-ups

  • Answering phone calls with enthusiasm and addressing inquiries

  • Handling administrative tasks, including filing, data entry, and maintaining patient records

  • Assisting the medical team with various support tasks, ensuring smooth daily operations

  • Maintaining a clean and organised reception area to create a welcoming environment
