We are looking for a competent, reliable and enthusiastic person to join our Practice Team at VALLEYFIELD SURGERY. Immediate start available. Experience working in a GP surgery and familiarity with DOCMAN and EMIS systems is essential; full training will be provided for the right candidate. The position can be part-time or full-time.

Responsibilities include general reception duties, answering phones, typing, managing appointments efficiently, signposting where appropriate, handling prescription requests, managing workflow, and communicating clearly with GPs, patients, and healthcare professionals, along with other administrative tasks.

Applicants must be team players and flexible between 8am and 6pm, Monday to Friday, to cover leave and sickness if needed. The position is permanent. Salary will depend on experience. Hours per week: 20-40 hours available.
