A well-established GP practice in Stratford is seeking a friendly, organised, and reliable GP Receptionist to join their team. As the first point of contact for patients, you will play a key role in ensuring a smooth and welcoming experience for everyone who walks through the door. This is an excellent opportunity for someone with reception experience who is looking to take on a meaningful role in a busy healthcare setting.
As a GP Receptionist, you will be responsible for managing patient appointments, answering calls and queries, and performing various administrative tasks to keep the practice running smoothly. You will work closely with a dedicated team of healthcare professionals to ensure every patient receives the care they need. The practice comprises GPs, Paramedics, ANPs, Nurses, Healthcare Assistants, Registrars, and Medical Students. The practice values a collaborative, supportive atmosphere and welcomes a new team member committed to quality care.
Salary ranges from £13.85/hr to £15.50/hr, depending on experience.
Flexible working hours are available, with options for 3 or 4 days a week, including Friday, Thursday, Tuesday, and Wednesday (if 4-day option is chosen).
