A leading healthcare provider is seeking a Medical Receptionist to join their dedicated team at Rycroft Primary Care Centre. We need a Medical Receptionist to join our friendly team at Rycroft Primary Care Centre.
We are looking for a team player who is enthusiastic, reliable and flexible.
This will be for 25 hours per week (5 hours, 5 days per week), plus sickness and holiday cover, with the flexibility to cover shifts between Monday - Friday 7.30am - 7pm when required.
To provide a high standard of Reception service to our patients, including dealing with enquiries promptly, efficiently, and courteously.
We are a friendly GP Training Practice and have approximately 8,620 patients. We also have a small dispensing branch surgery in South Hiendley.
The successful candidate will receive training from our Reception Team Leader and will work within a team of eight receptionists.

Tobe responsible for undertaking a wide range of reception duties and theprovision of general support to the multidisciplinary team. Duties can include but are not limited to, greetingand directing patients, effective use of the appointment system, bookingappointments, processing of information and assisting patients asrequired. To act as the central point ofcontact for patients, the distribution of information, messages and enquiriesfor the clinical team, liaising with multidisciplinary team members andexternal agencies such as secondary care and community service providers.
