A healthcare organization in Liverpool is seeking a receptionist who will assist and direct patients while providing general administrative support to the practice team. The ideal candidate should have GCSE qualifications and relevant NVQ training in customer service or health care. Strong communication and customer service skills are essential.
Receive, assist and direct patients in accessing the appropriate service or healthcare professional in a courteous, efficient and effective way.
Provide general assistance to the Practice team and project a positive and friendly image to patients and other visitors, either in person or via the telephone.
Undertake a variety of administrative duties to assist in the smooth running of the Practice including the provision of secretarial and clerical support to clinical staff and other members of the Practice team.
Overview of your organisation
We are a small and friendly surgery with two GP Partners, as well as regular sessional GPs, ANP, PN, Pharmacists, Physiotherapist, Mental health practitioner, GP Registrars working at the practice.
