A leading practice in Leeds is seeking Full or Part Time Medical Receptionists. Join a dynamic team providing essential reception and administrative support within a busy healthcare environment. We are looking for Full or Part Time Medical Receptionists to bean integral part of our Patient SupportTeam. We have 2 Medical Practicescovering Centraland North Leeds (Woodhouse and Chandos) and the role will be operating in bothsites covering opening hours of 8am-6.30pm Monday to Friday.
The successful candidate will be hardworking and enthusiasticindividual, provide high standards of care, reception and administrativesupport and be an effective communicator.GP practice experience is desirable but not essential as in-housetraining will be provided. Idealapplicants will have previous experience of similar roles and be IT literatewith good customer service skills.
You will be part of a small committed team of administrative/operational personnel that are the heartbeat of the practice. The post will work in a wide range of roles completing a varied and interesting work program. A flexible approach to working is essential and as a practice we will be flexible with the employees needs. Receive, assist and direct patients in accessingthe appropriate service or healthcare professional in a courteous, efficientand effective way.
Provide general assistance, administration andoperational support to the practice team and project a positive and friendlyimage to visitors, either in person or via the telephone.
To follow, support and comply with practiceprocedures, IT, infrastructure and telecom systems, and work in accordance ofwritten protocols and procedures.
Contribute toward the team ethic and supportpatients in line with the practice principles and values.
