A healthcare provider in Huddersfield is looking for a medical receptionist to join their team. The role offers approximately 25 hours per week with flexibility required. Essential skills include customer service, IT proficiency, and good communication. Training on the IT system will be provided, and the position emphasizes patient confidentiality. The candidate should have GCSEs in English and Maths.
We are recruiting for a medical receptionist to join our friendly and busy team of 5 receptionist and 3 admin. This role provides reception and administrative support to the whole practice. Customer service experience and IT skills are essential. A knowledge of primary care and the IT system (System One) would be an advantage but not essential as training is provided. Good written and oral communication skills are also essential as well as good time management and organisational skills to prioritise your workload, along with an understand of, and commitment to, patient confidentiality.
This is a permanent post for approximately 25 hours per week, ranging between 7.45 am start & 8 pm finish for extended access on a Thursday. Flexibility will be required to cover additional hours as necessary. Please see Job Description and application form.
