Practice Manager
Location: Stretford, Trafford, Greater Manchester, England
Salary: £45,000- £60,000 per annum (dependent on experience)
Hours: Full-time

We are now seeking an experienced and dynamic Practice Manager to lead our operations and help us continue to thrive and lead.
Job Description:
We are looking for a motivated Practice Manager to oversee the day-to-day running of our surgery. You will play a key role in ensuring the smooth operation of our practice, managing staff, and enhancing patient satisfaction. Responsibilities include but are not limited to:
- Managing practice finances, budgets, and NHS contracts
- Leading and supporting our team of clinical and administrative staff
- Ensuring compliance with CQC standards and healthcare regulations
- Driving improvements in patient services and practice efficiency
- Liaising with external partners, including the NHS
- Maintaining and building strong relationships with Primary Care Networks (PCNs)
Person Specification:
- Proven experience in healthcare management (GP practice experience preferred)
- Strong leadership, organizational, and communication skills
- Knowledge of NHS systems, funding, and compliance requirements
- Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment
- IT proficiency (experience with EMIS or similar systems)
- Ability to motivate, manage, coach, train, deliver performance
- Excellent communication skills (written, oral, presenting)
