Medical Planning Manager (Part-Time)

£55,000 pro rata (£22,000 actual) | 2 days/week | London-based events

We’re seeking an experienced Medical Planning Manager to lead the planning and coordination of medical services across a portfolio of high-profile mass participation sporting events.

This part-time role (2 days per week / ~100 days annually) is ideal for a qualified paramedic or clinical professional with experience in pre-hospital care and resilience planning. You’ll manage medical logistics, ensure compliance with clinical standards, and work closely with stakeholders, contractors, and on-the-ground teams.

Day-to-day responsibilities include:

  • Developing medical resource plans and conducting needs assessments for each event
  • Procuring and deploying pre-hospital staff, equipment, and consumables
  • Coordinating with medical providers, safety groups, and integrated care boards
  • Overseeing medical operations on event days, including in the Event Control Room

Key Requirements:

  • HCPC-registered Paramedic (or equivalent)
  • ALS-qualified
