We are looking for a motivated and caring individual to join our expanding team as a Medical Operations Administrator. This is an exciting opportunity for someone who is eager to learn, grow, and contribute to a positive patient experience in a medical clinic setting. No prior experience is required, but a willingness to develop new skills is essential. This is a remote role with occasional team meetings in London or Nottingham.

Key Responsibilities

  • Answering Calls Professionally: Respond to patient calls in a caring, professional, and welcoming manner, ensuring their enquiries are handled effectively.
  • Scheduling Appointments: Assist with booking appointments for patients, ensuring all necessary details are recorded accurately in the system, following clinic protocols.
  • Typing Correspondence: Prepare and type letters, memos, and other documents for patients and clinic staff as needed.
  • Patient Support: Provide nurturing and supportive service to patients, assisting them with any administrative needs or questions they may have.
  • Learning & Development: Embrace learning opportunities and take initiative to develop new skills in a dynamic healthcare environment.
  • Working Confidentially: All our patients’ details must be managed in line with data protection laws and with the utmost confidence.
  • Occasional Travel: To meet with the rest of the Team as required.
