Job description

Experienced Medical Notes Summariser required for a busy 36,000 patient GP Practice in Preston.

Candidate must have experience with EMIS and Medical note Summarising.

Main duties of the job

The job role would entail summarising all records received at the surgery whether on paper or electronically, according to the practice protocols.

Summarising both paper & electronic medical records according to thepractice protocol.

Code letters & other information received from care providers using theagreed practice protocols.

Enter clinical data from letters & otherinformation received from care providers, according to the practice protocol and as specifiedby the clinical team.

Tidy up existing patient computer-held record in accordance with the practice protocol
