Satchell Moran Solicitors Limited in Liverpool is seeking an experienced Medical Negligence Solicitor to join their growing team. You will manage a caseload of Medical Negligence cases from inception to settlement and have the opportunity to work in a supportive environment with an attractive package of up to £70,000 OTE.

The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 5 years’ experience in Medical Negligence claims, strong billing history, and proficiency in Proclaim Case Management. This role provides clear career progression, flexible working options, and numerous employee benefits.

Due to continued growth, we are seeking an experienced Medical Negligence Solicitor to join our expanding department. This is an exciting opportunity for a dedicated professional looking to manage high-quality, varied work in a supportive and progressive environment.

An attractive package in excess of £70,000 p/a OTE is on offer for the right candidate.

Responsibilities:

• Manage a caseload of Medical Negligence cases from inception to settlement or trial
• Undertake investigations, obtain expert evidence, draft pleadings, and handle litigation
• Vet and risk‑assess new cases and enquiries
• Liaise with clients, experts, and external stakeholders
• Work proactively to meet deadlines and targets
• Contribute to the growth and development of the department

Experience requirements:

• Minimum 5 years’ experience handling Medical Negligence claims (including litigated matters)
• Strong billing history
• Proficient in Proclaim Case Management
• Excellent communication, organisation, and client‑care skills
• Advocacy experience beneficial but not essential

Job Type: Full‑time
