Lymington – £50,000 - £60,000

A highly regarded, top regional law firm is currently looking to expand their Clinical Negligence department with an additional 1-5 year PQE Solicitor.

As a Clinical Negligence Solicitor within this team, you will manage your own caseload of Spinal Cord Injury claims arising from Medical Negligence. You will also assist Partners with high-value, complex matters.

There will be ample opportunity to gain exposure to high-value, complex files, and to progress your career as a specialist Spinal Injury Solicitor. Over time, you may also handle Serious Injury files.

While based in the Central London office, you will have the opportunity to work remotely and flexibly.

To progress to interview stage, you must:

• Be a qualified Solicitor/Legal Executive with at least 1 year’s experience in Medical Negligence; experience in Spinal Injury is not necessary as training will be provided.
• Have an interest in Personal Injury.
• Possess great communication skills and the ability to work as part of a team.
