A multi-award-winning, top-ranked and top-tier Chambers and Legal 500 firm, based near Euston station, is currently looking for a Medical Negligence Solicitor with at least 2 years’ experience to join their expanding clinical negligence department.

The role:

You will manage your own varied caseload of Medical Negligence cases and be joining one of the country’s leading clinical negligence departments. This is a fantastic opportunity to join a growing team.

You will be:

• Offering advice and guidance on medical negligence claims throughout the whole process.
• Giving clear, practical advice, guidance, and support to clients.
• Managing your own caseload.
• Advising on financial compensation whether through misdiagnosis, procedural error, or inadequate treatment.
• Supporting clients throughout their case against private practitioners and the NHS, including GPs and hospitals.
• The cases work on a no win, no fee basis.
