A prominent health system is seeking a Clinical Laboratory Lead to perform complex analyses and lead quality improvement initiatives. The ideal candidate will have a Bachelor's degree in a related field and at least five years of clinical lab experience. This position offers a sign-on bonus of up to $10K and competitive compensation ranging from $33.36 to $46.70 per hour, along with additional benefits.

Overview
Under general supervision, performs complex analyses on various sample types, using independent judgment to generate accurate test results. Acts as a lead by managing workflow, mentoring staff, and serving as a clinical and technical resource.

Minimum Qualifications
Education: Bachelor’s degree in Medical Technology, Biology, or related sciences; or an Associate Degree in Medical Laboratory Technology, basic sciences, or a related field. Military Laboratory Technician program completion with relevant experience is also acceptable.
Experience: At least five years of clinical laboratory experience.
Licensure/Certifications: ASCP certification or equivalent.
