An established industry player is seeking a dedicated Medical Laboratory Assistant to join their Infection Sciences Department. This role involves performing a variety of routine and non-routine tasks in Pathology, ensuring adherence to Laboratory Standard Operating Procedures and the Pathology Quality Policy. You'll provide essential clerical and technical support to Biomedical Scientists, contributing to a high-quality service. 37.5hrs per week covering a 24hr/7 day shift pattern.
We are looking for a Medical Laboratory Assistant to work within our Infection Sciences Department at the Royal Stoke University Hospital site. The post holder will be required to perform a range of routine and non-routine tasks within Pathology following Laboratory Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs), including the Pathology Quality Policy, to provide clerical and technical support to Biomedical Scientists in order to ensure a high quality service in all areas of the relevant Pathology Discipline.
The post will be based in Infection Sciences (Bacteriology) at Royal Stoke University Hospital.
