Zusammenfassung

EVERSANA Medical Information is seeking an Associate Director to lead the MICC team and oversee client management, operations, and staff development in a global life sciences services environment.

You will hire, mentor, and supervise Medical Information Specialists, Managers, and CM-TL, ensuring KPI delivery, training, audits, and efficient P&L management while maintaining regulatory compliance.

Qualifikationen

• MSc in Life Sciences or healthcare or equivalent.
• 5+ years of Medical Information and/or pharmaceutical industry experience.
• Knowledge of Medical Information Industry Best Practices.
• Excellent interpersonal and communications skills, and the ability to listen to and understand complex issues with various stakeholders.
• Familiarity with EMA and local regulations affecting European MI operations.
• Experience designing and delivering effective training programs.

Aufgaben

• Mentor junior staff. Provide initial and ongoing training to staff.
• Oversee MICC operations, staffing and daily workflow management.
• Ensure client success through oversight of assigned clients, implementation and KPI/SLA delivery.
• Direct planning and execution of training programs for MICC staff and leadership of CM-TL.
• Lead client audits and collaborate with Quality to facilitate audits.
• Manage client invoicing and SOWs, and monitor P&L where applicable.
