Job summary

EVERSANA is seeking an Associate Director of Medical Information to lead the MICC, supervise a team of MI professionals, and ensure compliant, high-quality information delivery to healthcare professionals, patients and payers.

The role requires 5+ years in Medical Information, MSc in Life Sciences, and strong leadership and regulatory knowledge. Hybrid/remote work options support a flexible schedule for EU/UK teams.

Qualifications

• MSc in Life Sciences or healthcare or equivalent.
• 5+ years in Medical Information/pharmaceutical industry.
• Knowledge of MI industry best practices.

Responsibilities

• Provide MI support to healthcare professionals, patients, and payers.
• Lead and mentor MICC staff; oversee scheduling and staffing.
• Manage client relationships, SLAs, and KPIs.
• Oversee training programs and staff development.
• Handle adverse event reporting guidance and compliance.
