Overview

Our client is a pioneering medical startup that leverages Artificial Intelligence (AI) to assist radiologists and imaging specialists in diagnosing medical conditions more rapidly and accurately.

They are looking for their first Sales leader in the UK to develop and implement a sales strategy to establish the UK market. This is a full-time, permanent position based remotely anywhere in the UK.

Requirements
  1. 5-10 years of experience selling into NHS Trusts, CCGs, UK hospitals, healthcare networks, and radiology services.
  2. Experience in radiology, PACS systems, imaging analytics, and relevant clinical knowledge.
  3. Established network of decision makers and executives within provider, payor, and regulatory segments with imaging contacts.
  4. Ability to present and strategize with providers about AI concepts.
  5. Knowledge of UK Public Sector procurement channels (e.g., G-Cloud, CCS Frameworks) and healthcare accreditation schemes (e.g., NICE).
  6. Experience with HM Treasury Five Case Model for public sector business cases (preferable).
  7. Proven track record in full sales cycle from prospecting to closing.
  8. Excellent consultative sales, presentation, and communication skills.
  9. Experience in setting sales objectives and forecasting.
  10. Self-motivated, independent, and proactive in establishing new markets.
Responsibilities

  3. Manage full sales cycle from initial contact to closing.
  4. Forecast and set quarterly and annual sales targets.
  5. Develop and maintain relationships with key clients and negotiate contracts.
  6. Provide market insights and strategic input regarding regulation, payment systems, and clinical needs.
  7. Develop regional market plans for AI solutions.
  8. Manage regional P&L, budget, and goals.
  9. Coordinate with product teams for market feedback.
  10. Support accounts with professional services.
