A leading healthcare provider is seeking a medical recruitment team member to ensure a smooth and timely recruitment process. The role involves supporting recruitment activities and collaborating with the Medical Staffing department, primarily working from home with some on-site presence in Maidstone. Ideal candidates have excellent IT skills and experience in a recruitment environment.
This is an exciting opportunity to join the medical staffing team. As a member of the medical recruitment team, you will ensure the recruitment process is carried out in a confidential, smooth and timely manner.
The team is based at home for 80% of the working week, with 20% on-site in Maidstone in line with the current hybrid policy. Travel to other KMPT locations may be required.
