Overview

This is an exciting opportunity to join the medical staffing team. As a member of the medical recruitment team, you will ensure the recruitment process is carried out in a confidential, smooth and timely manner.

Responsibilities
  • Ensure the medical recruitment process is carried out in a confidential, smooth and timely manner.
  • Support the activities of all of the Trust’s medical recruitment, ensuring all administrative processes are carried out in a timely manner.
  • Work closely with the Medical HR Recruitment Leads and Deputy Medical Staffing Manager to provide a professional, high‑quality, customer‑focused medical recruitment service.
  • Collaborate with the Medical Staffing department to support ongoing organisational changes within the People Team Directorate.
Working Arrangements

The team is based at home for 80% of the working week, with 20% on-site in Maidstone in line with the current hybrid policy. Travel to other KMPT locations may be required.

Requirements/Qualifications
  • Excellent IT skills.
  • Experience in a busy, customer‑facing environment, ideally in recruitment and/or medical staffing.
  • Ability to work effectively under pressure and prioritise workload to meet deadlines and KPIs.
