A regional healthcare provider in Blackburn seeks a Medical Examiner to support the death certification process, collaborate with various staff, and assist bereaved families. The ideal candidate will have excellent interpersonal skills, knowledge of medical terminology, and the ability to work independently. This role offers the chance to contribute to patient safety and the quality of care in the community.

The Medical Examiner Service oversees and supports many aspects of the death certification process, providing an independent layer of scrutiny, improving the quality of certification and explaining the cause of death to the bereaved.
