  1. Role Overview: The successful candidate will play a central role in leading the strategic development, delivery, and evaluation of high-quality clinical simulation and skills training.
  2. Responsibilities:
  • Designing and delivering simulation-based training for undergraduate and postgraduate trainees.
  • Developing in-situ simulation opportunities for multi-professional teams.
  • Overseeing the simulation strategy to ensure alignment with national standards and Trust objectives.
  • Supporting faculty development, incorporating technology-enhanced learning (TEL) opportunities.
