Job summary

The University of Worcester seeks a Medical Education Facilitator for Problem-Based Learning (PBL) and Integrated Clinical Methods to support the graduate-entry MBChB programme at the Three Counties Medical School. The role requires developing cases and materials, and supporting students as a personal academic tutor.

This 0.6 FTE post is based at the Severn campus, with all-day Monday and Friday sessions and one flexible session.

Qualifications

• Interest in medical education and training.
• Good interpersonal skills to support self-directed learners.
• Ability to design and develop cases and support materials for small group work.

Responsibilities

• Design and develop cases and materials for small group work and assessments.
• Support students as personal academic tutors.
• Develop consultation and clinical skills in Integrated Clinical Methods.
