Job Description:

I am currently collaborating with a top pharmaceutical company that is looking for an experienced Medical Affairs leader to join their team!

This senior role involves shaping the global medical vision, optimizing the lifecycle of high-impact medical assets, aligning medical deliverables with global teams, and defining comprehensive medical strategies that support R&D, access, commercial, regulatory, and manufacturing plans to enhance global impact and ensure value for patients and stakeholders worldwide.

  • Contribute to the design and implementation of the integrated evidence generation plan (IEGP) for the asset.
  • Support the development and execution of the medical plan in line with lifecycle management strategies.
  • Analyze scientific literature, clinical data, and competitive intelligence to inform strategic decisions.
  • Provide medical input into clinical trial design and execution.
  • Review study protocols, investigator brochures, and reports for scientific rigor.
  • Liaise with clinical operations to ensure timely trial execution.
  • Support development of scientific content for education, KOL engagement, and congress presentations.
  • Contribute to scientific publications and presentations.
  • Represent the company at scientific congresses and engage with KOLs and external stakeholders.
  • Collaborate with Regulatory, Safety, HEOR, Market Access, and Commercial teams to align medical deliverables.
  • Participate in cross-functional meetings, providing medical expertise for strategy and risk management.
  • Partner with country medical teams for local execution aligned with global plans.
  • Ensure all activities comply with SOPs, regulations, and ethical standards.
  • Support internal reviews and governance for promotional materials.
  • Act as a therapeutic area expert, providing insights into disease areas and trends.
  • Support internal training and scientific alignment across teams.

Education / Certifications:

MD; PharmaD
