Omnes Healthcare is seeking an experienced Medical Director – ENT Services to lead clinical strategy, governance and service development across NHS Primary and Secondary care settings. This remote role requires collaboration with consultants and multidisciplinary teams to deliver safe, high-quality ENT care.

You will oversee governance, drive continuous improvement and support expansion across community locations with travel as required.

Qualifications

Full GMC registration with a licence to practise.
Entry on the GMC Specialist Register in Otolaryngology (ENT).
FRCS (ORL-HNS) or equivalent specialist qualification.
Substantive experience as a Consultant ENT Surgeon.
Proven clinical governance, audit and quality improvement experience.
Experience leading multidisciplinary teams.
Commitment to safe, high-quality, patient-centred care.
NHS or independent healthcare sector experience.

We are seeking an experienced and inspirational Medical Director – ENT Services to provide strategic clinical leadership across our growing ENT service. This is an exciting opportunity to shape high-quality, patient-centred care within a forward-thinking organisation dedicated to innovation, clinical excellence and improving patient outcomes.

As Medical Director, you will work closely with operational and clinical leaders to ensure the delivery of safe, effective and evidence-based ENT services. You will provide professional leadership to Consultant ENT Surgeons and multidisciplinary teams, oversee clinical governance and quality improvement, and support the development and expansion of our services across community and outpatient settings.

Full GMC registration with a licence to practise
