Job summary

Siemens Healthineers is seeking a Project Lead & Governance Coach on a fixed-term contract through June 2028. You will oversee projects related to medical instruments, reagent manufacture, and associated processes.

You will coach, coordinate and lead cross-functional teams, ensuring milestones are met and delivering high-quality projects on time and within budget. You will collaborate with R&D, manufacturing, quality engineering, and regulatory affairs to ensure successful execution, with

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree education or equivalent experience in a relevant industry.
• Proven experience in project management within a highly regulated manufacturing environment.
• Strong understanding of engineering principles, manufacturing processes, change processes and quality systems.
• Excellent project management skills with governance and scheduling.
• Proficiency with project management software and tools.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate Project & Functional activities and manage Programmes.
• Lead and manage projects from concept through to closure, on time and within budget.
• Develop detailed project plans with timelines, budgets, resources and risk strategies.
• Collaborate with R&D, manufacturing, quality assurance, and regulatory affairs.
• Monitor progress and implement corrective actions; ensure compliance with standards and policies.
