This is a key position within the company, acting as a liaison between customers and clinical staff. You must have a clinical background and strong demonstrable experience in a consultative customer facing role.

Medical Customer Service Representative Responsibilities
  • Establishing professional relationships with customers to facilitate a smooth order process.
  • Resolving customer queries promptly and professionally.
  • Conducting all duties with the strictest of confidentiality.
  • Facilitating discussions between customers and other team members.
  • Communicating feedback on processes and tasks with team members.
  • Supporting the Directors and other team members as required.

You must be flexible, highly organised, comfortable working independently, and have a positive and proactive nature.
