A healthcare service provider in Rainham is seeking a Medical Consumables Packing Operative to prepare supplies for frontline operations. You will manage stock, ensure accurate record-keeping, and maintain a consistent supply chain. The ideal candidate should have a good level of education, experience working in teams, and knowledge of stock control and equipment distribution. This position offers an annual salary of £29,651 to £31,312 with unsocial hours payments.
The Supply & Distribution department based at Rainham provides medical equipment and consumables to front line operations.
In this role you will be working as part of the Supply & Distribution team packing bags and pouches containing medical equipment and consumables for use by front line staff responding to emergency calls.
You will be based in the newly established packing unit working alongside the warehouse team to ensure the continued supply of bags and pouches for the treatment of patients.

The main duties for this role are to provide fully stocked in date bags and pouches for the treatment of patients maintaining accurate records to provide traceability.
Successful candidates will be focused and be able to work as part of a team.
You will need to be able to work accurately and concentrate for extended periods of time whilst packing using the packing app.
Experience of stock management would be beneficial as you will be required to manage the stock on your packing station.
