Job Description:

Suitable for candidates agency-side who have strong Client Services experience at SAM level +

  • 6-month contract
  • Immediate start required/as soon as possible

An excellent opportunity for someone with Medical Communications experience either from an agency or in-house environment within the pharmaceutical industry.

Key responsibilities will include:

  • Leading the end-to-end delivery of deliverables – including medical education events, congresses, symposia, and advisory boards.
  • Acting as the main point of contact for projects and programs.
  • Ensuring programs are in-line with agreed budgets; supporting with budget planning and forecasting.
  • Mentoring the wider team when required – demonstrating the willingness to co-lead/lead.

Successful applicants should be able to demonstrate:

  • Experience in leading deliverables with strong project management skills.
  • The ability to coach team members and wider teams.
  • At least 3-5 years of medical communications experience in a similar role.
  • A University degree, or equivalent qualification, in a relevant scientific discipline.
