Accenture Song Life seeks an experienced Medical Communications Account Manager to lead strategic client partnerships in London. You will orchestrate medical, strategy, creative, digital and engagement teams to deliver complex healthcare programmes, ensuring high quality and measurable impact for patients and clients.

The role requires strong client relationships, budget management and the ability to translate challenges into actionable plans while mentoring junior colleagues and growing key

Qualifications

• Experience in healthcare advertising or medical communications with pharmaceutical codes of practice.
• Proven ability to nurture client relationships and manage multiple stakeholders.
• Track record delivering complex cross-functional programmes on time and on budget.
• Ability to bring together medical, strategy, creative and digital teams towards shared outcomes.
• Strong commercial awareness including budget management and forecasting.

As an Account Manager you will:

We are looking for experience in the following skills:

• Specific healthcare agency experience especially in working within pharmaceutical codes of practice and rules and regulations
• Building and nurturing client relationships
• Managing complex projects involving multiple stakeholders, workstreams and competing priorities.
• Working in cross-functional teams and bringing together diverse expertise to achieve shared outcomes
• Strong commercial awareness, including budget management and forecasting
• Exceptional communication skills
• Problem solving, with the ability to connect client objectives to innovative solutions.
• Experience navigating ambiguity and adapting quickly within fast-paced environments.
