Job summary

Accenture Song Life is hiring an Medical Communications Account Manager in London. You will manage strategic accounts, orchestrate teams across medical, strategy, creative and engagement disciplines, and deliver complex healthcare programmes with exceptional client experience.

You will translate client challenges into actionable plans, identify growth opportunities, and mentor junior colleagues while advancing your own career in a dynamic, collaborative environment.

Qualifications

  • We are looking for experience in healthcare agency work and knowledge of pharmaceutical codes of practice and regulations.
  • Ability to build and nurture client relationships.

  • Proven track record in cross-functional teamwork and achieving shared outcomes.
  • Strong commercial awareness including budgets and forecasting.

As an Account Manager you will:

  • Lead the successful delivery of complex programmes, ensuring quality, efficiency and exceptional client experience.
  • Translate client challenges into actionable plans, connecting the right expertise from across Song Life to solve problems creatively and effectively.
  • Identify opportunities to deepen client relationships and grow accounts through innovative thinking and commercial awareness.
  • Champion collaboration, fostering strong relationships across teams and creating an environment where people can do their best work.
  • Use data, insight and audience understanding to help shape programmes that create measurable impact for healthcare professionals, patients and clients.
  • Act as a role model for excellence, supporting and developing more junior colleagues while continually investing in your own growth.
Qualification

We are looking for experience in the following skills:

  • Specific healthcare agency experience especially in working within pharmaceutical codes of practice and rules and regulations
  • Building and nurturing client relationships
