    • Monday - Friday: 7:00 AM - 8:00 PM

    • Saturday: 7:00 AM - 2:00 PM

Key Responsibilities
  • Assist providers with patient examinations, procedures, and treatments.

  • Perform patient intake: vital signs, medical history, allergies, and medications.

  • Prepare and maintain exam and treatment rooms.

  • Verify and update patient information for outpatient visits.

  • Communicate test results and medical instructions under provider direction.

  • Ensure compliance with TJC, HIPAA, and government healthcare standards.

  • Clean and sterilize medical instruments and maintain inventory.

  • Provide cross-coverage to other clinical areas as needed.

  • Participate in quality improvement projects.

Qualifications
  • High school diploma or GED.

  • Certified Medical Assistant (CMA) with training from an accredited program.

  • Current BLS certification (American Heart Association).

  • Minimum 1 year of experience in an Urgent Care setting.

  • Proficiency in computer operations, including data entry and electronic medical records.

  • U.S. Citizenship required.
