Job summary

Frimley Health NHS Foundation Trust is recruiting a Medical Appraisal and Revalidation Administrator to join the Medical Director's Office. This 30‑hour‑per‑week role coordinates appraisal, revalidation and professional registration for around 1100 doctors connected to the Trust.

The successful candidate will maintain confidential records, provide timely guidance, keep systems such as L2P and GMC Connect up to date, issue reminders, and support doctors and appraisers through the process with

Qualifications

• Excellent organisation and attention to detail.
• Strong written communication skills.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and record-keeping systems.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate appraisal, revalidation and professional registration processes for doctors.
• Maintain accurate and confidential records on L2P, GMC Connect and related systems.
• Issue reminders, collate supporting information and monitor outstanding requirements.
• Provide timely guidance and practical support to doctors and appraisers.
