Overview

An opportunity has arisen for an experienced administrator with knowledge of medical education to work in the Medical Education Service. This is a chance to play a key role in supporting the management of medical education. The post-holder will work with the Medical Education Manager and Medical Education team to ensure high quality education services are provided to resident doctors in postgraduate training and medical students at UCLH.

Responsibilities
  • Ensure accurate collecting and recording of data to meet internal and external compliance and reporting requirements.
  • Provide high-level administrative support for the delivery of Medical Education Programmes.
  • Provide efficient and effective day-to-day administrative support to the Medical Education Manager and Medical and Dental Education Training Programmes Managers under the direction of the Medical Education Manager.
  • Be a proactive and efficient member of the Medical and Dental Education Team and provide administrative support to ensure Undergraduate and Postgraduate Training Programmes are administered effectively.
  • Maintain partnership-working with internal and external stakeholders as dictated by needs.
