This role plays a pivotal part in shaping and communicating the value of Client’s products through advanced health economics and evidence synthesis. The ideal candidate will apply deep analytical and methodological knowledge to design global models and evidence tools that support pricing, reimbursement, and access strategies. This position will also help translate complex data into tailored insights for a broad range of global and local stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities

  • Design and deliver global Systematic Literature Reviews (SLRs), Indirect Treatment Comparisons (ITCs), and Health Economic Models (HEMs) to support Health Technology Assessments (HTAs) and payer negotiations.
  • Partner with affiliates to adapt global models locally, aligning with data needs across clinical development, medical affairs, HEOR, and biostatistics.
  • Contribute to the development of models and evidence strategies that shape the product’s value story and inform business decisions such as pricing and forecasting.
  • Act as a knowledge-sharing conduit across regions, promoting alignment on best practices, lessons learned, and modeling excellence.
  • Collaborate in global, cross-functional modeling teams to co-create evidence strategies that reflect affiliate and stakeholder needs.
  • Represent the function in Value & Access Teams (VAT) and other cross-disciplinary groups.
  • Utilize clinical trial data and real-world evidence to perform economic analyses that support pricing and market access planning.
  • Engage with Data and Statistical Sciences (DSS) teams to address HTA-related statistical requirements and enhance analytical rigor.

Required Qualifications

  • Advanced degree in a relevant field such as Health Economics, Biostatistics, Epidemiology, or Public Health (PhD preferred; MSc or equivalent required).
  • Minimum of 3 years of experience in pharma or consulting with a focus on health economics or evidence generation.
  • Strong project leadership, communication, and stakeholder engagement skills.
  • Solid understanding of HTA processes, value frameworks, and payer decision-making across markets.
  • Hands-on experience with economic modeling and/or indirect treatment comparisons.
  • Proficiency in Excel (including VBA) for model development; knowledge of R or other statistical packages is a plus.
  • Demonstrated ability to critically evaluate and generate scientific literature and data to support strategic access initiatives.
