Medical Affairs Global Strategic Brand Lead

The Opportunity: As the Medical Affairs Global Strategic Brand Lead, you will be a key member of the Asset Maximization Team and co-lead the Global Co-creation Team. Your role involves enhancing the global value of our brand, focusing on long-term asset development and lifecycle management, collaborating with top experts in medicine and technology to transform patient care worldwide.

Hybrid Working: We offer a flexible hybrid working model, allowing you to balance home and office work, fostering an inclusive environment dedicated to developing innovative therapies.

Key Responsibilities:
  1. Lead the development of the Integrated Global Brand Plan (iGBP) with cross-functional teams.
  2. Develop the Medical Product Strategy (MPS) and create agile Core Medical Plans (CMP).
  3. Define and oversee brand objectives with medical KPIs, aligning with global and local strategies.
  4. Co-lead Global Launch Plans and present to leadership to ensure successful launches.
  5. Ensure seamless execution of CMP, balancing global and local needs.
Essential Knowledge & Experience:
  1. Significant leadership experience in Medical Affairs, Medical Safety, or Clinical Development within pharma or biotech.
  2. Proven ability to lead diverse, cross-functional teams and deliver impactful results.
  3. Strong communication, stakeholder management, and influencing skills.
  4. Exceptional strategic thinking, business acumen, and decision-making abilities.
  5. Complex problem-solving skills within brand teams.
Preferred Experience:
  1. Experience in Lung and Pancreatic Cancer is highly desirable.
  2. Medical qualification with substantial patient care experience.
  3. Experience across multiple cultures and regions.
  4. Knowledge of global regulatory and legal frameworks.
Education:
  • Medical degree (MD or equivalent) or a doctorate in Pharmacy or Pharmacology, recognized by leading bodies, or equivalent.
Additional Information:
  • Permanent, full-time role based in the UK (Addlestone).
  • Hybrid working model with a minimum of 1 day/month in the office.
  • Location must be within a commutable distance of the office.
