Job description

We are currently seeking a Medical Affairs Advisory Board Operations Manager for a prominent pharmaceutical client. This is a remote position. Details are as follows:

Job Details:
  • Pay: $73.33/hr
  • Duration: 1 year with potential extension or conversion
  • Work Schedule: 5 hours/day, 4 days/week, during standard business hours (Mon-Fri)

The ideal candidate will be an experienced, organized, and motivated professional to join our Global Medical Affairs Operations team. The role involves supporting the planning and execution of U.S. and Global Advisory Boards.

This contract role is part of our Medical Affairs Program Management team, reporting to the Associate Director of Program Management, with oversight from Commercial Event Planning & Operations.

Requirements include extensive experience in event and meeting management within the biotechnology or pharmaceutical industry, familiarity with advisory board planning, and a proven ability to collaborate across functions.

Responsibilities include managing the full project lifecycle, ensuring timely delivery, and maintaining cross-functional accountability. Knowledge of HCP engagement regulations (FMV, NAFs, Sunshine Act, GDPR) and cross-border contracting workflows is essential. The candidate should be able to review existing systems and SOPs, take ownership with minimal oversight, and quickly adapt to the current landscape.
