An educational institution in Dutton is seeking a Media Technician & Design and Marketing Assistant to support media production and enhance marketing efforts. The role involves creating engaging content for social media, designing digital publications, and providing technical support. What skills and experience we're looking for
Priestley College is looking for a dynamic Media Technician & Design and Marketing Assistant to join our team. You’ll provide technical support across media production and help design digital and print content that supports learning and enhances our marketing campaigns.
Key Responsibilities:
• Create engaging social media content each month for Facebook, Instagram, and TikTok.
• Assist in developing advertisements, brochures, and publications.
• Design page layouts for digital and print materials.
• Retouch photos for digital signage and make design edits based on feedback.
• Ensure all final graphics are visually appealing and brand compliant.
• Provide technical support to produce learning, marketing, and display materials.
• Work closely with the Senior Designer to complete and prioritise design projects.
• Assist students during film and practical media sessions, including setup and troubleshooting (e.g., Adobe Premiere)
• Support teaching staff during in-class production work and extracurricular projects.
