Qualifications

• Experience in media, broadcast, production or post-production analysis.
• Familiarity with Media Asset Management (MAM).
• Understanding of post-production workflows including transfer, transcoding, delivery and archiving.
• Strong skills in business process mapping and analysis.
• Experience gathering requirements through workshops and interviews.
• Ability to produce functional and non-functional requirements.
• Experience creating user stories with acceptance criteria and backlog prioritisation.
• Strong stakeholder management across business and technology teams.
• Good grasp of Agile delivery methods.
• Exposure to cloud technologies or AI solutions is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Analyse current post-production processes, systems and workflows.
• Identify pain points and opportunities for improvement.
• Produce process maps, stakeholder analyses and data flow docs.
• Define and prioritise functional and non-functional requirements.
• Develop user stories and detailed acceptance criteria.
• Collaborate with Product Managers, architects, engineers and ops teams.
• Support proofs of concept and technology pilots.
• Help define future target operating models.
• Assess potential efficiencies and benefits.
• Support testing, gap analysis and business readiness.
