Job summary

MediaTroopers is seeking an experienced Media Team Lead to drive user engagement and optimize media performance. You will lead a team of media buyers, shape strategy across programmatic, mobile/app, and direct channels, and nurture partner relationships to maximize ROI.

Ideal candidates have 4+ years in media buying with at least 2 years in leadership, strong data analysis skills, and hands-on UA/MMP experience. The role offers an energetic, collaborative culture and growth opportunities.

Qualifications

4+ years in media buying
2+ years in a managerial role
Marketing/tech degree preferred but not required
Strong data analysis and attention to detail
Experience with mobile app install campaigns (UA) and attribution
Experience with DSPs across programmatic and direct-response mobile buying
Familiarity with iOS/Android ecosystems, SKAdNetwork, and privacy changes
Experience negotiating direct media deals with publishers or ad networks

Responsibilities

Lead and inspire a team of Media Buyers in a fast-paced environment
Strengthen relationships with channels through strong leadership and communication
Use data analysis to identify opportunities and drive strategy
Guide team to achieve monthly expenditures and revenue targets
Foster partnerships with internal stakeholders to boost productivity
Oversee media buying strategy across programmatic, mobile/app, and direct channels
Onboard new DSPs and mobile media sources
Own mobile app campaign performance (installs, events, ROI) with web acquisition
