A media & digital native, you will lead the development and execution of breakthrough media strategies across Consumer IFP with a focus on PESO integration, including biddable media set-up and optimisationto drive efficiencies through our media partners. You will work closely with Content teams, to ensure we are optimizing our brand messaging and media to deliver robust effectiveness driving business impact across a multi-market organization.
Key Responsibilities include:
Set strategic guidance for IFP Consumer on media investments across ABUs dependent on size, priority and business objectives
Partnering with Agency Partners, Creative & Comms & ABUs to create breakthrough plans, driving incremental impact
Building channel plan recommendations for consumer brands
Driving a performance mindset in team and with ABUs/markets, to optimize media strategy
Working with agency partners to ensure adherence to the strategy and appropriate execution
Responsible for budget & planning in partnership with ABUs
Own PESO planning, in partnership with Creative & Comms, ABUs as well as Digital Experience to ensure our Campaigns and Consumer Journeys are integrated
Able to balance the value of our PESO media via longer term MMM
Own day-to-day relationship between KC and PESO media agencies, ensuring we realise their value and drive strategic growth long-term
Comfortable working analytics, identifying incrementality areas for growth

High demonstrable experience of influencing stakeholders at a high level
Recent leadership experience building and leading high performing teams
Demonstrable experience of close collaboration with Creative teams, with proven results
Recent experience in both strategic and hands-on biddable media platforms and optimisations
Experience building and executing dynamic content models and media plans, as well as utilising consumer databases within media
Experience working on life-time-value propositions within media strategies desirable
Able to work in a fast-paced environment, guiding team to adapt at speed
Able to prioritse to ensure team are effective and impactful
Strategic Growth mindset, with experience working on large to small scale budgets and adapting techniques and methodologies for maximum impact
Track record of delivering robust effectiveness/ROI from media and creative deployment (MMM) to drive business impact.
