Kent-based (Office-based, Hybrid Considered)

£45K–£55K basic + Uncapped Commission (OTE £100K+)

Due to continued growth, we're looking for a Media Sales Manager to join our high-performing team and lead revenue generation across a market-leading international media platform.

With a strong presence across print, digital and events, this is your opportunity to step into a pivotal role with huge earning potential and clear career progression.

What You’ll Do:

  • Lead new business development across multi-channel media offerings
  • Build and manage high-value client relationships
  • Deliver strategic sales proposals and close deals
  • Attend international exhibitions & industry events
  • Collaborate closely with directors & editorial for platform growth
  • Report directly to the Group Sales Director

What We’re Looking For:

  • 5+ years media or event sales experience
  • A confident communicator with natural commercial instincts
  • A strong ‘hunter’ mentality – always seeking new revenue streams
  • Familiar with CRMs and Microsoft Office
  • Motivated, resilient, and ready to exceed KPIs
