This role is focused on content and information research - sourcing, verifying, and maintaining high volumes of factual data daily. You'll be using a CRM system to input and update records, so strong editorial judgement and a researcher’s mindset are essential.
Key responsibilities include:
Input, update, and maintain accurate records within CRM system. Monitor and update records to ensure relevance and quality. Spot trends, flag outdated information or inconsistencies, and contribute to overall data quality standards. Key requirements include:
Proven experience in fast-paced research roles, ideally with CRM or database management. Exceptional attention to detail and ability to manage high volumes of information accurately.
