Job description

Job Purpose

Accountable for brand planning, our aim is to build deeper connections with audiences that go beyond the banner. We transform our clients’ business objectives and product strategy into insight-rooted plans. We build and maintain strong relationships with media owners to ensure that our plans are the most innovative in the industry. We manage all reservation-based media activity to ensure delivery against campaign objectives.

You will oversee the development of audience and media research data, deliver tactical responses, and develop media plans.

What we need from you:
  1. Turn tactical presentations into media plans that excite the client and deliver against their objectives.
  2. Support the Account Directors and Senior Account Managers with developing tactical plans, allocation of campaign budgets, and brainstorms for innovation.
  3. Be the agency lead for research tools, delivering data points for consumer insight generation.
  4. Brief other specialist teams on our tactical approach to inspire and provide direction for excellence in implementation planning.
  5. Develop and oversee publisher briefs, including custom executions, and review responses and feedback.
  6. Input into post-campaign reviews with insightful analysis demonstrating the effectiveness of our planning.
  7. Stay current on new market technologies and innovative solutions for clients.
  8. Manage personal KPIs and career progression of Executives, reviewing all work to high standards.
A little bit about you:
  1. Experience at a digital media agency.
  2. An active interest in digital media and how digital innovation is driving change.
  3. Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment but also independently when needed.
  4. Exceptional verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to think on your feet.
  5. Strong analytical skills — ability to analyze raw data, identify true insights, and develop actionable recommendations. A natural affinity with numbers is essential.
  6. A self-motivated, well-organized individual capable of managing multiple publisher conversations simultaneously.
