THE OPPORTUNITY

Following another successful year of growth, we are launching a new Bootcamp intake! Join the UK’s leading independent Media Agency on the Medialab Bootcamp training scheme, alongside a cohort of Media Executives.

This is a permanent, full-time role with specialization options:

  • Digital Planning Executive – PPC/social media/programmatic
  • Media Planning Executive – TV/video/streaming/door drops/print marketing/inserts/magazines

You will join our growing Media Planning team, engaging in campaign planning, activation, and training to introduce you to Media Planning & Buying. You will earn industry-recognized qualifications such as IPA, Thinkbox TV Masters, and Google fundamentals.

The Bootcamp offers extensive media channel training, delivered by our internal experts and external partners, covering all major media platforms and tools. You will work with clients early on, managing active campaigns across sectors.

WHAT YOU WILL BE DOING:

You will learn the craft of campaign planning and activation, gaining exposure to TV, print, digital, and social media planning, while building relationships and managing multiple work streams.

We seek ambitious, passionate individuals about multi-channel marketing and eager to learn. Whether you are a school leaver, graduate, or have some experience, if you demonstrate proactivity and hunger for learning, we will support your career start in marketing at a leading agency.
