Right now, they’re on the lookout for a Media Strategy &Planning Director - a strategic heavyweight who’s confidentleading thinking, building multi-channel frameworks, and gettinginvolved right at the heart of client and new business conversations.

The role - what you’ll be doing:

  • Build bold, insight-led media strategies for key clientsacross education, employer branding, and youth marketing sectors.
  • Shape 12-month to 3-year campaign frameworks that respond toaudience behaviour, recruitment cycles, and brand goals.
  • Leadthe creation of multi-channel media plans, spanning digital, OOH,audio, publisher platforms, and beyond.
  • Drive media planningfor tenders, pitches, and onboarding, helping the agency win new workand new fans.
  • Be a key advisor to Account Directors andManagers, supporting planning excellence across both their Swansea andLeamington Spa hubs.
  • Keep the agency connected to the latestmedia trends - and keep evolving how they plan, think, and deliver.
  • Build measurement frameworks that balance short-term winswith long-term brand growth.
  • Embed a culture of curiosity,testing, and continuous improvement in every campaign.

What you’ll bring to the table:

  • 6+ years of media planning or strategy experience, ideallyin an agency environment.
  • Big-picture strategic thinking,rooted in comms theory, audience insight, and media expertise acrossboth online and offline channels.
  • A collaborative mindset -you’re energised by lifting a team and sparking ideas.
  • Confidence using planning tools like TGI, AdIntel, GWI - anda passion for keeping skills sharp.
  • Comfort presenting tosenior stakeholders - both clients and internally - with a focus onclear, inspiring communication.
