This role will involve:

• Planning, buying, and optimising across online and offline media channels
• Monitoring campaign data to ensure success and proactively address challenges
• Participating in pitching and presenting for new business
• Establishing and maintaining relationships with existing clients, becoming a trusted point of contact
• Following campaign strategies set out by the senior team
• Supporting junior staff to assist with deliverables and upskill them

The ideal candidate will have:

• A minimum of 2 years of agency-side experience in comms planning and buying
• An analytical mindset with high numerical skills
• Excellent interpersonal skills with clients and colleagues
• An entrepreneurial spirit and motivation to excel
• Experience activating campaigns across Meta and/or Google (preferred)
• Experience in planning AV channels (preferred)
